Shipping
We ship physical orders via Australia Post. Shipping options and prices are available at checkout for you to choose from. Currently, we only ship physical products to addresses within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs.
Tracking
Once your physical order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s progress.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
While we take care to dispatch your order promptly, Pix M&M Co is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused by delivery partners. If you experience any issues, please contact Australia Post directly. To avoid delivery problems, please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete.
